Fatbetpoker-OLD: Fatbetpoker network change

Fatbetpoker has moved from the Poker Nexus network to the Melita Gaming Network, midnight, Oct. 26th to Oct. 27th.

This move means that the rakeback % now offered by Fatbetpoker is 40% and that while US players are still not accepted at the site, Costa Ricans and Canadians are no longer forbidden to join.
